      01 Order method

       

       

       

      - Add items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.

       

      - Please check the quantity, size and amount before proceeding the order.

       

      - Enter your order information and shipping address.

       

      - Select the method of the payment.

       

      - Please check your order details and payment amount.

       

       

       

      02 Order cancellation

       

       

       

      - Cancellation of an order can be done by e-mail before shipment.

       

      - If the cancellation is submitted / accepted after the shipment due to customer’s fault, the customer has liabilities to charge for the round trip shipping fee.

       

       

       

      03 Delivery information

       

       

       

      1) Delivery fee

       

      - Overseas shipping cost is different according to the shipping rate and shipping weight / distance specified in the shopping mall. (including box weight)

       

      We are not responsible for the customs duties and other expenses according to a customs duty of the receiving country.

      (J style is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes. We will not return or refund the orders due to customs issues. Please check the customs before placing the order.)

       

       

       

      2) Delivery date

       

      - Product delivery time will usually start within 5 to 10 days after payment.

       

      - Shipping period may vary depending on the country of delivery, product stock, and customs clearance.

       

      - After the item has been shipped, you can check the shipping information by e-mail or at [My Page> Order Details].

       

       

       

      3) Notice


      (Please acknowledge it beforehand because the delivery date may be delayed in the following cases.)

       

      - If you order at non-business hours or before holidays.

       

      - Orders placed during our public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and

      summer holidays.

       

      - In case of delivery congestion or bad weather

       

      - The orders placed on weekends, holidays, and festivals will be sent on the next business day.

       

       

       

      04 Exchange / Return

       

       

       

      We are doing our best in inspections when the merchandise arrives. Nevertheless, if the product is damaged, we will proceed in exchange and return. 

      Please contact us before exchange and return.

       

       

       

      - If you want to exchange / return, you can request a return by email within 7 days after delivery.

       

      - In case of exchange / return by a simple change of mind, return fee and round-trip shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

       

      - After returning request is confirmed, we will inform you of the return fee and the round-trip shipping fee.

       

      - If the contents of the goods are different compared to their description / advertisement, or in case of exchange / return due to a defect or shipment mistake, etc., the shipping cost will be charged by us.

       

       

       

      Otherwise, the exchange / return policy is operated according to Terms of Use.

       

       

       

      05 Cases which exchange / return is not available

       

       

       

      - Exchange / return for reasons other than damaged product or shipment mistake

       

      - If there is no reason for the return

       

      - If the price list, label, etc., are missing

       

      - Products used more than once or washed

       

      - Products with flaws or contamination by customers

       

      - If you lose your packaging (bag, case, etc.)

       

      - If the return schedule is not followed
